Since digital photos are materially cost free i.e., no film or chemical processing needed, I can snap away and you will only have to pay for the photos you use in your website. The fee for which is noted on the pricing page.

When you are ready to begin production of your website, whether or not you provide your own photos, an upload link will be provided to you to enable the easy transfer to me of the content you wish to place on your site.
